How It Works

Being a part of the MBW community means taking part in an active network of women who you can relate to and find inspiration from. Find everything from mental health resources, advice, book recommendations, and meditation videos, to casual funny stories. Form real friendship with other people navigating the world with our unique perspective as a black woman. 

Let's Make A Change

Here are the causes we are raising monetary funds for:

Creating Resources for Community: 

Providing the most relevant, and useful tools to live life mindfully and combat the constant stress state most of us exist in day to day. 

Mindful Events: 

Providing members with free events where they are able to connect with each other and experts in the wellness field. 

Funding Therapy for Members: 

We hope to be able to fund at least 10 MBW member's first 3-6 therapy sessions to make therapy more accessible for all. Therapy has always been said to be for everyone, but it was not made for everyone.
