Positive Affect Journaling for Anxiety

Did you know that there are several different journaling methods depending on what obstacle you are facing? AND that almost all of them have been scientifically proven?!

I know that deep diving into scientific papers may be scary, and sometimes the information broken down on popular blog sites may be misinformed.

But as someone with not only a passion and interest in journaling but also a researcher in neuroscience with a Masters degree, I want to do my part and communicate all of these amazing techniques with you.

AND keep a lookout on my story and reels for journal prompts and tips using one of the proven journaling techniques!

And as always, my DMs are always open for convos <3
